4. Refund Policy

Seleren sells exclusively downloadable digital content (PDF guides). The following policy applies to all purchases made through our store.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refund will be issued once the product has been successfully accessed or downloaded.

Exception: Technical Issues

A refund or replacement download link may be granted in the following circumstances only:

• The download link does not work

• The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• You did not receive the confirmation email containing your download link

In any of these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at hello@seleren.co, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• The product has already been successfully downloaded

• The customer has changed their mind after download

• The content does not meet personal expectations (full descriptions are available before purchase)

Legal Basis

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
