Article 1 - Seller Information

Article 2 - Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases of downloadable digital products made through the Seleren website. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms in full.

Article 3 - Products

All products sold on this website are downloadable digital content in PDF format. The essential characteristics of each product (title, description, page count, price) are presented on the corresponding product page.

Article 4 - Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) inclusive of applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to any order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 5 - Order and Payment

An order is confirmed upon successful payment. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in cases of prior dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 6 - Delivery

Digital products are available for immediate download following payment confirmation. A download link is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for saving the downloaded file.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Due to the digital nature of the products sold, all sales are final. No refund will be issued once the product has been successfully downloaded, except in the case of a technical fault preventing access to the file.

If a verified technical issue prevents download, the customer must contact hello@seleren.co within 48 hours of purchase, including their order number and a description of the issue. A new download link or refund will be provided at the Seller's discretion.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

All digital guides sold on this website are protected by copyright law. Purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or sharing the files with others

• Reselling or sublicensing the products to third parties

• Using the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation

Article 9 - Limitation of Liability

Seleren's guides are provided for personal support and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. The Seller accepts no liability for decisions made by the customer based on the content of these guides.

Article 10 - Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought in the first instance. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
